Founded by industry veterans Karen Base and Russell "Rusty" O’Bryan, and joined by successful technology strategist Dr. Karen Hathaway Viani, The Catalyst Coalition (TCC) serves as a force multiplier for the United States federal agencies to accelerate access to deployable advanced capabilities supporting mission critical functions.
